For Christina Miller, that story began in her childhood kitchen, watching her mother lovingly craft hand-decorated birthday cakes—not from a box, but from scratch, with joy, creativity, and heart. Those cakes weren't just dessert; they were memory-makers, rituals of love. And that legacy stuck with her.

A Richmond native and mother of four, Christina began baking for her own children over 25 years ago. What started as a way to pass down a family tradition quickly turned into something more: a calling. She became known among friends and family for her show-stopping designs and even more unforgettable flavors. Word spread, requests multiplied, and what was once a hobby slowly rose into something bigger.

But Christina didn't rush. She believed in building something meaningful—something rooted in quality, community, and a true passion for the craft. After nearly a decade of refining her recipes and dreaming up her vision, Cameo Cakery was born: a warm, welcoming space where every item is baked with love, intention, and just a little magic.​
